STA Help Hotline

STA Leads The Way (yet again).

STA is proud to announce that in addition to our Questions and Answers web page at www.nycsta.org STA now has a Help Hot Line to help people with issues that perhaps cannot wait to be answered via the question and answer page, or perhaps for those that do not have a computer.

This is an industry first and we do make every effort to help those that need help and guidance. Some of these questions are listed below.

Please understand STA tries to help people by being a resource for  information. Our funds are limited and thus when you do call the hot line, there may be times when the answering machine picks up the call. If this happens please leave your name and phone number (SLOWLY) first then a brief message. Someone will call you back as soon as possible.

Do keep in mind this hot line is intended to help people with fast answers to the more serious issues in life. If your answer can wait then please do use the question and answer page on our website. The help line was not intended to replace the Q and A  web page.
