A very successful residential owner and manager is looking for a resident
on-sight manager!


High rise luxury apartment building, approx 800 units.
We are looking for someone who is currently an on-sight resident manager with
strong supervisory experience, and MUST have new construction exposure,( opening
a new building) , very complicated maintenance systems. MUST be very savvy with
all the necessary licenses.
The right candidates will come from residential property management companies
with LARGE # of tenants( over 500 units).

Will be responsible with reorganizing and restructuring building operations,
oversee multiple projects of restoration, renovation and modernization of the
high end residential building. Will be directly involved with design and
installation of building systems: Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Suppression,
Heating, Cooling, Emergency Generator, Water Filtration, Sewage etc.
Will also repair written and oral reports, participate in meeting, make
recommendations to owners and implement policies and protocols. Must have
engineering, facilities maintenance, managerial knowledge and experience in
bringing this luxury residential facilities to a new level.

Competencies include:
Strong supervisory skills;

with solid knowledge of building systems, organizational and administrative
skills;
Team oriented;
Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
This person will report to the multi-site Resident Manager.
