The superintendent will oversee a part-time porter and report directly to New Destiny’s Facilities Manager. This is a full-time position where the Superintendent is expected to live on-site and be on call 24 hours.
 

Responsibilities include:
• Repairs in apartments and common areas using a work order system
• Preventative maintenance
• Supervision of a part-time porter
• Maintenance and cleaning of building common areas, grounds, and sidewalks
• Facilitating the move-in and turnover of apartments

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; 6 years of building maintenance experience; at least 2 years of supervisory experience; fire and safety director credential and certificate of fitness for standpipe.
